Founder & Principal

Lamar is a native of northeast Florida, with 35+ years of experience in business financial management, commercial lending and credit risk management, loan review/due diligence, and treasury management strategies. As the Chief Credit Officer for a community bank that successfully navigated the Great Recession, Lamar developed extensive experience in:

Financing and cash flow strategies for small and middle market size businesses, including homeowners/condo owners associations;
Implementing credit, collection and treasury management strategies;
Credit underwriting, managing commercial credit risk, and developing credit policies for community banks;
Evaluating business transactions of all sizes across a broad array of industries;
Negotiating loan workouts and debt restructuring.

Lamar also holds certifications from the Association of Financial Professionals for Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
